Hip Hip Hurray!
Woah, my blogiversary has been and gone! It was last Wednesday and I missed it!! It didn't entirely escape me, but the flu was wreaking havoc in our household and there was no way my brain was capable of sharing anything coherent with you!
My first year of blogging has been a positive experience without a doubt!! I can't believe how many people I have 'met'. Sometimes it saddens me that most of you are oceans away and we will never get to meet in person, but most of the time it feels like a warm blanket of friendship!! I can't imagine life without you!
For instance, if I had never started blogging I would never have met Carol aka The Linen Stitcher. We did a swap together last week which was great fun. My "Angel of Tulips" by The Good Huswife for her "Exemplary #1" by Ewe & Eye & Friends.
Carol totally spoilt me by adding the DMC floss, so I had no excuse not to get started, as if I needed one... She also sent me a Carriage House Samplings freebie that I hadn't seen before and that I can't wait to get stuck into!
And I would never have met Staci who out of the blue sent me a stunning, amazing and absolutely gorgeous RAK!!!!
Don't you just love this floss ring tag?!!
She wrote me the sweetest letter at that and left me utterly speechless! Thank you so much, Staci!!
So there you have it... 1 year, 69 blog posts and 147 feeds in my bloglines... *grin*... Yep, I'm signing up for another year!!!
