Home Alone 3

O, how frustrating to not have a camera here right now!! I finished Block #1 on the Village of Hawk Run Hollow, but with the camera and Erik up in Norway I can't show you!! It's not just the camera... I miss Erik too!!! Counting the days...

Luckily I do have something to show you!! Carol's birthday gift arrived days ago but the birthday girl showed remarkable restraint in not opening it until the actual day... which is today!!

I finished stitching this ages ago but it took a while for me to figure out how to finish it: another draw-string bag inspired by the tutorial from Emily at the Floss Box!!

Happy Birthday, Carol!!

Once more modelled by my two favourite furry feline's and my favourite daylily "Intermediar"!!

That's a wonderfully sweet wee bag that you stitched and finished! I'm sure Carol is thrilled with her beautiful gift. Love the soothing colours in the last picture - so much rich green and yellow lillies, oh and the kitties look sweet too!
